Chris is the Director of Public Safety for the City of Louisville where he oversees multiple departments responsible for public safety services. He has served in the fire service for over 23 years and in law enforcement for 10 years. He holds numerous certifications across the public safety spectrum including Mississippi Certified Emergency Manager, Animal Control Officer, Firefighter I-II, and Law Enforcement. When needed he continues to serve with both the fire and police departments. He is committed to practical leadership, emergency preparedness, and maintaining a high level of public safety for the city.
